SERENE Recipe Card & Ingredients

Ashwaghanda – Helps reduce anxiety & stress, helps support restful restorative sleep and improves brain function.

Baobab – Improves gut health, helps balance hormones and calms nervous system. It is packed with high levels vitamin C. Baobab supports collagen & helps skin to glow.

Blueberry – Rich source vitamin C & K. Contains protein and Manganese. Blueberry protects gut health, supports heart health and boosts immune function.

Maca – This magical Peruvian plant helps boost libido, improves mood and helps you feel strong and powerful.

Hibiscus – Rich in antioxidants, Hibiscus helps protect the body from muscle spasms and cramps. It lowers blood pressure, promotes hormone balance and reduces PMS (Premenstrual syndrome) symptoms. Hibiscus also reduces anxiety and irritability.



Simple Drink – Add 1 scoop of Serene to 300ml of coconut water or nut milk. Stir and drink.

Hormone Balance Juice – 2 beetroots – 3 carrots – 2 apples – 1 cube fresh ginger – 1 lime – peel & juice all ingredients and add your scoop of Serene goodness daily.

Hormone Balance Coconut Yoghurt Pot – half cup coconut yoghurt – 1 tsp Flax seeds – 1 tsp chia seeds – 1 tsp pumpkin seeds – handful berries – Add a scoop of serene powder – stir
and enjoy.

Tea – make a green tea in a pot with the juice of 1 lemon freshly squeezed – let it cool down and add your scoop of Serene – sip all day long.
