WHAT’S IN IT AND WHAT’S IT GOING TO DO FOR ME?

Reishi – Supports the immune system, reduces inflammation, promotes relaxation, improves sleep and manages stress and anxiety.

Chaga – Contains beta Glucans, which are naturally occurring carbohydrates that can boost your immune defense. Chaga helps regulate the production of cytokines, stimulates blood cells and strengthens the immune system.

Maitake – The mushroom is said to have got its name after people danced with happiness upon finding it in the wild, such are its incredible healing properties. This mushroom is a type of adaptogen that assists the body in fighting against any type of mental or physical difficulty. Maitake regulates all systems of the body that have become unbalanced – it is considered to be a medicinal mushroom.

Cordyceps – A fungus that has long been used in traditional Chinese medicine. It boosts energy and strength, improves immunity, enhances kidney function, and improves sexual dysfunction. Cordyceps has also been used to treat coughs and fatigue.

Lion’s Mane – Protects against Dementia, relieves symptoms of Depression and quickens nerve cell recovery. It also protects against Stomach Ulcers, reduces inflammation and supports the Immune System.

RECIPES FOR SHROOM:

Immunity Shot – simply add one scoop of Shroom powder to a glass of coconut water and drink.

Immunity Smoothie – 1 banana 1 avocado – handful spinach – handful berries – 1 tsp almond butter – top with half a pint coconut water & add a scoop of shroom – blend and drink.

Immunity Over Night Oats – half cup oats – 1 thinly sliced apple – 1 tablespoon berries – 1 tsp raw honey – 1 cup homemade almond milk – add 1 scoop shroom – mix well and place in glass breakfast jar – store in fridge overnight.

Immune Protein Balls – melt 2 tbsps coconut oil in a pan – add half cup oats – 1 tbsp almond butter – 1 tbsp crushed almonds – 1 tbsp Gogi berries or berries of choice / add shroom powder – mix well – roll into balls and store in fridge for 2-3 hours before eating.
