Pineapple Power Smoothie – Add 1 scoop of Skin, 1 cup of spinach (fresh), 1 cup of coconut water (unsweetened), 1 cup pineapple (frozen), ½ avocado. Blend together.

Green Goddess Smoothie – Add 1 scoop of Skin, handful of mixed berries (fresh or frozen), handful of greens (spinach, kale or watercress), ½ cucumber, 2 apples, 1 lime, coconut water
(unsweetened). Blend together.

Coconut Yogurt – 1 scoop of Skin, coconut yogurt (made from coconuts, not flavored), your favourite seeds, nuts or fruit. Stir.

Oatmeal – Cook 60g of oatmeal with 220g of water. Stir in 1 scoop of Skin. Top with goji berries and/or blueberries.

Tropical Smoothie Bowl – 1 scoop of Skin, ¼ pineapple, 1 banana, 2 cups of coconut water (unsweetened). Blend together. Top with 1 peach, handful of blackberries, sprinkle with seeds
and a drizzle of honey (optional).

TOP TIP: Mixing our ‘S’ range superfood powders together can work really well for your health.
There are no restrictions on which ones you can blend – just personal preference in taste.
The more the merrier and your body will simply lap up the goodness like an intravenous drip!
