RECIPES FOR SMART:

Brain Power Drink – Simply add one scoop of smart to coconut water – stir & drink.

Brain Power Juice – 2 beetroot’s – 3 carrots – 1 cup blackberries – 3 fresh turmeric roots peeled – 1 cube fresh ginger – 1 fresh lemon – juice all ingredients and add a scoop of smart powder – drink half a pint daily.

Brain Power Smoothie – handful kale – 1 avocado – handful berries – 1 banana – 6 walnuts – 1 tbsp flax seed powder – 1 tbsp chia seeds – 1 tbsp raw honey – add your smart powder – blend with coconut water and drink.

Brain Power Tea – make green tea or ginseng tea in a pot with the juice of one fresh lemon – let it cool down and add your smart powder – sip all day.

TOP TIP: Mixing our ‘S’ range superfood powders together can work really well for your health. There are no restrictions on which ones you can blend – YOU GET TO CHOOSE depending on your personal preference, taste and health aims/challenges you are wanting to fix.
